Why every song in Youtube has these "ooh music today sucks" comments? I know is a great way of getting thumbs up, but I'm seriously sick of it. There was a lot of shit music in the sixties/seventies/eighties, too. And there's still great music today, you just have to look for it and be a bit open-minded.

I don't think that all the other decades of music suck, but I will say that the 80s had a very unique movement a unique sound and certainly with the cure a singular dark beauty in their exploration of the human condition, the music and lyrics simply resonate uniquely.
