It's amazing how much I have learned about myself, by learning from Mr. Tracy. Thank you.

An ethical person ought to do more than he's required to do and less than he's allowed to do.

@bsmbahamas You should take a look at the book "How to win friends and Influence People By dale carnigie" I feel this book would help you out with that next webdesign client massively.
It explains how to get people interested in your ideas.

wish i had known this for my first in person meeting with a web design client. I gave her several sheets of questions to fill out, she filled out none. In hindsight i should have at least taken a notepad with a list of questions and ask each one and take notes. I forgot that people are lazy and expect you to do 98% of the work. This video is great.

I agree with this concept.
Asking really drives a lot of positive effect,
Not only getting customer opinions but an ability to get in touch
Looking forward to more,

I'll give him credit for this idea, I've never used it before but it sounds like an interesting idea that could work. I know from actual experience customer's like it when you get to the point. So if you have something already on paper you're not wasting your time or theres with some overlong presentation.
