Well, I've done so myself and haven't heard anything about it, both at Scotia Bank and at the Bell Center... I guess they just don't want to have to control it that much... and my friend probably fell on one with a bad mood having a bad day!

hey! I didn't know we weren't aloud digital cameras at the Bell Center! and apparently we aren't aloud digital cameras at Scotia Bank either... a security guard to my friends camera to make sure there wasn't any film on it. As I've heard.

Hey Habzrule, I heard about not having digital cameras at the Bell Center but not about ScotiaBank Place in Ottawa. In any case, I've taken tons of videos at both venues, all without a hitch! In cases where I've taken videos of the visiting team coming on the ice at ScotiaBank Place, there's a security guard who sees me with my digital camera! And besides, I've seen tons of camera flashes during the pre-game warm-up, so I doubt if it is that much of an issue at ScotiaBank Place. GO HABS GO!

I was at ScotiaBank Place in Ottawa. Unlike the Bell Center, the use of digital cameras is allowed...although, I've been able to sneak in my digital cameras for a couple of vids at the Bell Center.
