  • @BabyGsus7 ok lemme correct ur message, weight isnt just fat its also bone, skin, internal organs and water. now its physically impossible to gain more than 30 pounds of muscle in 1 year, the average is about 5-10 pounds, now if u eat more calories than normal u will get bigger and put on weight, so check out some chris evan interviews and he actuallly states that he ate about 5000 calories a day, which made him gain weight, and he worked out which built some muscle and made him look toned
