Subaru has boxer engine, It is made to endure high RPM. Afterall boxer engines were originally used on planes, And planes go constantly in high rpm, pluss it's really balanced.

You must try hard to break a subaru through hard driving.

I'm speaking of experiance. Got a Legacy, And I have manhandled it like crazy.

i have a 93 legacy wagon with a few mods to it, it's a killer :D although I've been debating on whether or not to get a 09 legacy gt or not? is it worth it? I mean, now a days you can't really drive 130 on the freeway, is it worth getting the 2.5 i or 2.5 gt? hmmmmm...........
