Sorry to hear that. Mine work really well. I have been using it for 4 months and I haven't any problem. Hopefully, I don't have to call their customer service but it's good to know that they have good services.

So in the end should I buy this? I saw it on Daily Planet once , and got my intrest. Just the cost held me back. And I was waiting for more reviews on this. And only seen 1 bad comment about it being flimsy? Anyways let me know. thanks
