  • If what dr goldfarb says is true, then couldn't we just take straight Potassium Citrate and alkalinize our urine that way? After all, he says it's the Potassium Citrate in Lemon Juice that alkalinizes our urine in the first place. I'm curious.

  • my urine ph is about 5.5 in the moringings. It seems when i drink lemon juice it gets more acid? How long and how much lemon juice should i consume each day?
