Awesome video! Next season I'm going to fallow you in your sesonal approach and do your workouts to the letter.
Just wondering: Do you have any "red thred" in your workouts? E.g. that you always do 1 push-program, 1 pull-program and 1 leg/stair sesstion each week? Or do you do little as you feel?
