are you referring to me? if yes, i used convert the video from a video capture device i used to own, adaptec gamebridge 1400. i record my gameplay and convert to .avi video file so i can upload it in youtube.

now i used a another device called ezgrabber which works well on windows 7.

It's decent, but you start out with way too much going on in the beginning, you should begin small and gradually build up to all of the loops.
