@kaaskiller666 you are wrong..kickboxing also let's you use knee and elbow but only sometimes ine speciffic moves...ine muay thai you are working most on elbows and knees...

hehe no offence but by the time u bring the fake knee down that gives like 0.3 seconds ATLEAST for the oponent and i those techniques are not advanced its just a little bit above avarage and i do martail arts myself so i can tell ;D no offence tho hehe
