The extraordinary thing is that in spite of the new technology which allows computers and automated factories to replace much of human labour, and in spite of the doubling of the workforce with women now working full-time, we are still expected to grind ourselves into the ground as we 'multi-task' and 'work under pressure', competing with one another to prove ourselves more 'highly motivated' and 'task-assertive' than the next poor slave to the System. Why?

I just got alittle upset by him appearing to say how women are better than men. It does not matter how good you are, there is probably someone better than you (woman or man). Alysproat is also correct.

It's all about life and everything is part of it. I truly share the thoguht that we are approaching major changes and that they need to be done.

You should see the quality of life working in Faversham compared with London. I worked in Faversham as a programmer and I loved it. Really new how to relax.
