The Land of Enchantment

My best friend Janelle and I went to visit our friends Jessica and Randy in Albuquerque. Randy and Jessica put us up for an entire week, opening up their home and their hearts to us. They showed us Minnesotans the wonders of New Mexico! This memory will stay with me for a LONG time.

This is too gorgeous (in Souht africa we use the word "too" inapprporiately, teehee!). I nearly cried and it wasn't even my holiday... I think it was something about those hot air balloons...

Oh, thank you so much for the nice comments... Yes, I agree that was spectacular to witness... New Mexico is beautiful all around, it is very different from Minnesota we have lakes and forests and plains which is beautiful too. :)

It is the Sandia Mountains, Quebradas Byway, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Truth or Consequences and some other spots. Amazing state. We had talked about doing it but the rides were VERY expensive so it didn't happen. The Balloon Fiesta was amazing though.
