This is part of the New Adventures of Blinky Bill (original puppet show). I had to upload this clip it is just too good to leave out. Basically, Blinky Bill & Charlie scare Ranger Barry (Robert Hughes) and he spills beer on himself. This had me in stitches when I saw this clip a while back.
