I decided to fill up on gold and keys when I got the shoes. When I returned to the house, I decided to take a break like you guys, and my password won't work now... :(

It was my first password. Not much I can do about it, but I do want to thank you for your great walkthrough. This is one of those games I've always wanted to beat, but never got anywhere. :) I'm gonna go at it again today.

Apparently none of the passwords I have written down work. Do you have any idea as to why it wouldn't? Is it a defect in the game itself, or user error?

The only thing I can think of is that you got a letter mixed up with something that looks very similar when writing it down. 6's look like G's, 5's look like S's, 1's looks like I's, U's looks like V's, etc.

One of the benefits of recording my games is that if a password doesnt work from what I've written down I can just load up the video and check it out again. I used to have passwords that didn't work relatively often when just using pen and paper. Other than swap some characters I dunno.

Thanks for the feedback! We did a couple commentary vids before this, but I think we both felt this one turned out the best. Duke.Togo who was commenting with me is from the US though so we can't take all the credit up here :P

We have been talking about doing another commentary video in the future. Not sure when or what game though yet.

This is the first video game video w/ commentary that I've actually enjoyed. You guys are super intelligent and clever. It came as no surprise to me that you're Canadian, like me. This game is a classic. I thoroughly enjoyed the video. Thanks!
