You will need:
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of strawberries (or fruit of your choice)
1/2 of low-fat vanilla yogurt
6 ice cubes
1 cup of skim milk

  • shut the fuck up with no recipes without protein powder cause the last time he did u fucking said i would have mixed in some protein powder!? omfg... just be thankful for the videos and don't use protein powder if you don't want to use his videos as a guidline not as a how i MUST make this food myself... FFS!

  • theres nothing with protein powder u can buy it cheap i buy mines 45 quid for 5 kg go my protein now shut and enjoy the video he makes the videos for everyone so enjoy

  • Freezing the fruit beforehand helps with a thicker consistency (though you still might want low-fat yogurt for added taste).

  • freeze your fruit it makes the consistency of the smoothie thicker and you don't have to use ice cubes which will turn into water when crushed.

  • I get my energy from beer, crisps, meat, porridge, cheese, etc. High carb and high fat foods. Then train a lot and you will become a Muscle Monster.
