Keller Williams Culture Part 2 of 2

I'm proof it works. And no matter how bad some of these people want to make others believe it doesn't, they're just wrong. I've been with KW for two years and I have the profit share checks to prove that it works. I started and succeeded in a challenging market through the KW model. Southwest Airlines, Starbucks and Wal-Mart profit share to a lesser degree. BTW, over 74,000 agents strong, KW was just named the 3rd largest R/E company in North America. Now who's drinking the kool aid?

$30,000,000 in profit share in 2008 I ber that wuastcah can't even count that high much less understand the significance of profit sharing. Yes, profit sharing just like Southwest airlines, the only successful airline in the industry. Like KW, Southwest is about the people. How many profit share statements do you want to see? I can show you 12 from last year - one for each month. How much did your company give you? Put up or shut up. BTW, what company does not try to make a profit? Business 101.

My bet is that KyleCRR and itswildhal won't be successful, regardless of the firm. Their comments are indicative of people who think that criticizing others is the way to succeed. I am not surprised that they are not KW agents. KW agents are positve, supporting and helping people. It is no mistake that KW is the fastest growing company in the industry. I hope KyleCRR and itswildhal find what they are looking for. BTW, itswildhal, Keller Williams agents sell houses, not build them!

Blah...blah...blah. Is it KW or Amway? At KW the sheep drink the cool-aide and spend a great deal of time "recruiting" their down-line to protect the almighty bottom line so that the market center may distribute profit checks. Recruiting agents is tough, living up to the promise is tougher and getting a profit check...well, can anyone produce one? KW "plan" is a page out of the MLM manifesto. Eagles go elsewhere & KW market centers are left trying to pay rent with "We" statements.

I hate Keller Williams!, I was a well producing agent there for several years and they totally burned me... All the team leaders are a bunch of people who will step on ANYONE to "follow the Gary Keller way"... What a bunch of **it. IT IS DOG EAT DOG in the office!!!
The team leaders don't care about sellers or buyers... RECRUITING is the ONLY thing Keller Williams wants.

KW is not a "Cool Place"!!! Just another MLM for the Pushy, Fast Talking, Air Heads that don't know the first thing about how to build a house.
Give them a Hammer and they wouldn't know what to do with it.
