The "Power" Items are in the Battle Tower, each one costs 16 BP. The exact names, and the EVs that they boost are as follows:

Power Weight - HP
Power Bracer - Attack
Power Belt - Defense
Power Lens - Special Attack
Power Band - Special Defense
Power Anklet - Speed

So, how do I get the EVs?(AGAIN)
The EVs you get depend on what pokemon you defeat, and if you look at the pokemon's base stats, it's usually pretty obvious what EVs it'll give you. Geodude's got high defense, he gives you 1 Defense EV. Gastly has high special attack, he'll give you 1 Sp.Atk EV, and it goes on, here's a small list of a few common pokemon that you can get EVs from:

Bidoof = 1 HP EV
Shinx = 1 Attack EV
Bibarel = 2 Attack EVs
Gyarados = 2 Attack EVs
Kricketune = 2 Atttack EVs
Geodude = 1 Defense EV
Gastly = 1 Sp.Atk EV
Budew = 1 Sp.Atk EV
Tentacool = 1 Sp.Def EV
Zubat = 1 Speed EV
Magikarp = 1 Speed EV
Starly = 1 Speed EV
Staravia = 2 Speed EVs

And what about pokérus?
Pokérus is a little harder, you catch it from random pokemon in the wild, if you use a physical attack on it you have a shot at catching it, or of course you can just catch the pokemon. There's no way to know if a wild pokemon has pokérus or not until after you catch it, so it's a tad rare. You can tell if one of your pokémon has pokérus by looking at it's summary screen, you can't miss it, it'll have a purple box saying "PKRS" right above the picture.
But best is to find it on wifi

The Vitamins
1x Carbos = 10 evs for Speed
1x Protein = 10 evs for Attack
1x Calcium = 10evs for SP attack
1x Zinc = 10 evs for SP defence
1x Iron = 10evs for Defence
1x HP UP = 10 evs for HP

Remember. you can only do 10...

  • UPDATE @TheSilentG

    You can EV train level 100 pokemon in Black and White

  • @TheFrostHydra sorry but thats impossible. how do u gain the EV points then at lvl 100? u cant lvl up to 101 :)

  • @ThaSilentG actually it isn't, in black and white you can gain EVs at 100. Im pretty sure you can in any pokemon game. I used an EV checker code and Ive been traiing my level 100s for months now,almost have a whole box full of my interchangable teams.

    I think you just get EVs for killing pokes, it doesnt matter if they give exp or not, you get EVs no matter what.

  • @TheFrostHydra Sorry to proove u wrong, but HOW will u even get the evs then? the pokemons gain the EV points as soon as they leveled up. it will be displayed that way. At level 100 u get NO EXP which means u CANNOT level, and thats how u CANNOT EV train at lvl 100. the Ev points has to be counted. besides.. level 100 pokemon u say.. that means uve battled TONS of pokemons before and already gained all exp/EVS. Which is why its impossible to gain even more then the base u can already get.

  • @ThaSilentG you dont get EVs at level up. You get EVs from killing pokemon that can give them. Have you ever played B/W? And there are berries that lower EVs by 10 in each stat but make your pokes more friendly.

    Pomeg - HP

    Kelpsy - Attack

    Qualot - Defence

    Hondew - Sp Atk

    Grepa - Sp Atk

    Tamato - Speed

    Every 4 EVs is 1 stat point.

    You DO NOT HAVE TO LEVEL TO GET EVs IN BLACK AND WHITE.

    Go read up on your EV training on Smogon.

  • @TheFrostHydra probably less friendly with those berries o.o not more friendly if u cut their EV attack states, and yeah ive played it but not ev trained on it. Oh well guess your right then =/ this ruins it bigtime for pokemon

  • @ThaSilentG its not all that bad, they probably only added it so that people who have level 100s dont have to re-breed to get EVs if they accidentally made their pokemon with dirty EVs (wrong EVs) or NO EVs (rare candy training). Like if someone accidentally put 4 EVs on a Milotics attack instead of Sp Def when they actually wanted Sp Def and now they only have like 248 Sp Def EVs and the extra 4 could've been used to raise Sp Def by 1 point.

    Don't try to prove me wrong without searching it up to see if it's right. It just makes you look really stupid in the end. Instead of just taking the nice little update for what it is you had to start a random long ass conversation over something that takes like 15 seconds to search for. Good job kid.

  • @chickennugget978 Sorry to dissapoint you, but it doesnt work in the formula for pokemon

    in order to calulate the EVs you need, you need to count up the amounts of EV's you get first. Thats the pokemon and the item your holding

    The multiplying goes when you beaten the pokemon and if u got pokerus. It activates later, not directly
