Click the Video tab
Click All to Mobile Device
Select Apple Iphone or Ipod
Use an MPEG4 FIle Type(iPod 640x480 MPEG4)
Click OK
Click add file
Add your file
Click OK
Click Start
Your Done
Then just drag and drop your files into the right folder.

1 more question..if i can do it on droid2 i coudl just download music say from frostwire and then do what you did?(as in a full song)
