"LED Heart" Candlelight Concert (Original Song by Daria Musk)

Hurricane Irene hit my little woodsy Connecticut town head-on... After 4 days without power, internet, water or cell, I charged up my video camera at a Starbucks two towns over and then filmed a "Candlelight Concert" of two of my original songs. This is totally unplugged and acoustic... Because there was no power! ;-)

Here's the second song... "LED Heart"

I thought this was a fitting choice because we're even wearing LED Lights on our heads in the video! ;-)

"LED Heart" is a song I wrote about the idea of being able to see the energy and feelings of the people around you, like little LED Lights... In it I sing, "Love's renewable energy".

When I wrote it I imagined the forest outside my room turning into a dance club, lit up with life, nature and fierce joy.

The full version of this song has a lot of cool production elements, but I love singing it totally stripped-down like this!
