@akaCharlieG I use no music during my training however some may find it as a great source of distraction which aids them with their training .. I personally prefer silence..

Randi and company will ask for proofs of that sort anyway, so the more evidence you provide in advance, the more likely they'll see it as worth their time.

This would be more convincing if you kept the camera on the straw for a few minutes while you were off, elsewhere--and it stayed still--then you came into view and started working your method on it, and *then* it started to move. As it is, there isn't anything persuasive here. If your powers are real, there's nothing stopping you from passing certain controlled tests like that to prove the straw's not just moving because of the momentum it had from when placed there. No offense intended.
