Crap, I wish I had watched this first. As fucking embarrassing as it is I got my shirt on by myself the other day, and couldn't get it back off and ended up, after an hour struggle just cutting the SOB off. Luckily, it was an old HD shirt of little worth. But still.

Thanks - I train alone, and have been putting off geared lifting for a while because I didn't think I'd be able to get it on and off without a huge struggle.

This whole set of videos really is helpful because for a lot of reason your workout buddy or spotter if they can be there to where ever you go how could you ever expect to get gains, but really genius.
