The Amazing Spiderman is the "4th" installment in the Spiderman franchise, be it a reboot or a sequel. That is why I referred to it as Spiderman 4.

@JShedgehog Dude, the "4th one" IS The Amazing Spiderman. It's the 4th Spiderman movie to be released. The concept of "Spiderman 4" was only fan speculation.
