I think it's really cool if you admit that. Most folks get mad and start to throw insults around. ...etc. Much appriciated.

@thegliphic I think you raised a good point about chasing someone in Angola. I know those two have a secret rivalry going, and in this light you can argue Acordeon's game doesn't dialogue, only dictates. I might have to reconsider my original point.

@minhoca76 the easiest thing to do in capoeira is come straight at somebody and make your intentions known . Acordeon has no wit . he is a heavy footed mestre. this game is ugly because Acordeon made it so. chasing somebody like this in Angola doesn t mean shit . No dialogue . boring. and so what if i characterize his style? isn t that we define things in general. its like accusing the sky of being blue . brutish control is for simpletons. you can keep Acordeon. I'll take Barrao anyday.

It shows the difference between mestres, Acordeon just schools Barrao who never finds an opening and is stuck defending the whole time. Acordeon makes it look so easy! thegliphic: it's true, he's a big guy, but you're just caricaturizing his dominant style. What he's really doing is simply controlling Barrao the whole game, like any Mestre trained under Bimba would.

I know!! Mestre Acordeon just chases people around the roda and drapes himself all over you like a sack of potatoes ..
either that or he comes at you with straight kicks till you die.
