@Manekinen how is vcc a i/o pin :), when I made that remark I did not know HVSP + HVPP invoked using more pins. Thought it was like pic's, give it high voltage and it enters programming mode. Great device anyway.

how can I recreate it? And what about the Software? Did you write the Software in Bascom or Assembler?

Thanks very, very, very Much!

why use such an expensive chip, why not attiny13 with a 555 boost supply + 13v zenner to make 13v

@valiza123 tiny13 and tiny2313 are very cheap in my country, the same price. Please make one with tiny13 and show to us, if you can :)

@Manekinen 0.7$ on tme.eu for attiny13a. I could give it a try since by using attiny13a often I usually need +1 i/o pin.
Did you save all the correct fusebits for those mcu's or are they the same?

@valiza123 Fusebits are different for each chip, so you have to save them in flash. It's not that simple. Source code is available on homepage, so you can easily convert it to tiny13 ver :)
But you will have another problem, count with me: SDO, SDI, SCI, SII, VCC, RESET = 6 i/o pins. If you want to use tiny13, you have to disable reset pin. You know, it's a nightmare for beginners (if someone decide to copy your device).
