"Dust-Off is a brand of dust cleaner (refrigerant-based propellant cleaner, which is not compressed air and incorrectly called "canned air") containing difluoroethane; it is used to remove particulates and dust from computers and electronic equipment. Some customers buy Dust-Off just to clean dust and debris from hard to reach areas. Dust-Off is manufactured by Falcon Safety Products."

In this video, I show you how to clean your PC using compressed gas. Towards the end I talk about safety measures while using compressed gas. A few precautions:

-Make Sure you use it in a well ventilated area
-Make sure you spray with the can vertical
-Do not shake before or after clean

This really cleans out your computer and does increase your computer overall performance. To check how often you should clean your computer using this method use the application called "How Often Should I clean my computer?" On this website:

Cleaning your computer using this method could save you a lot of money in the future. If one of your fans get clogged by dust of other materials, it may malfunction and even stop working which is an extreme hazard to your computer. A blocked fan means overheating which probably will total your computer for good.

  • Hair blow dryer works best.

  • @apeshiit1325 It may work, but static energy is transferred which may be harmful for your computer.

  • OMFG WHAT ARE YOU DOING ! DON'T EVEN TAKE THE SIDE OFF THE PC UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING. You have to hold the fan still when you spray it or it will over spin and ruin the bearings and will make grinding and wearing sounds and will not turn effectively... ALSO why was there moisture coming out the can, thats extremely dangerous i would be suprised that it even booted after that.... finally why did you blur out the BACK of your head >?

  • I cried when I saw the moisture coming out.

  • @jaishu123 i dont give two shits motherfucker and no he didnt take the coms batt out so fuck you

  • @TuTube105 only when you come very close with it.. if you don't, no risk

  • yore dumn

  • @jackzvid For fuck sake. You're 15 years-old and your main language is English yet you can't spell, how embarrassing is that? "Bult, sustems, hat, anyboddy, knowllege, shite" what the hell? My main language isn't even English so you must be very uneducated. Gtfo with your opinions.

  • @jackzvid I highly doubt that you have any knowledge building computers at all the way you spell. Your sentences make no sense at all and you misspell so many words. I go to a IT-College where we spend our time building computers. I built my own computers and so many others. And it's not drenched in nothing. That's compressed air, it's cold. But the system is OFF. There is no electricity whatsoever to the computer so it doesn't matter if it gets moisture on it.

  • @CrazyAngelDude clearly know fuck all when i have bult many sustems myself, i would never sell a pc to somebody hat has had a motherboard that has been drenched. the risk is too high. anyboddy with any professional knowllege wouldnt submerge a motherboard in water, i certainly know i would submerge mine as its worth far more than this pile of shite

  • @jackzvid The computer was off dumbfuck. It doesn't matter at all if there's moisture anywhere in the computer when it's off. You don't know much, do you?

  • If you look up "dust off" you see that it is a refrigerant cleaner. It has a gas property but does not actually release the kind of moisture that would damage a PC. They sell dust off at computer stores as well. In fact Dust off would actually help cool a computer in some cases.
