14,500 Feet. This was my third jump. The other two were in Gobles, MI at 3,600 Feet but I got to do it alone and was a whole lotta more fun. I don't like tandem. I would really like to do a jump at 60,000 or a minimum of 28,000 Feet with an oxygen mask. Blow around in the jet stream for awhile. That's what I call living.
Funny, you sign an agreement that you will not hold the airport or crew responsible, even if it's due to their neglect, for any damages that may occur. It's agreeable but since they are not responsible I asked if I could do a 30,000 Foot jump. A fall is a fall right! They said NO! They didn't want to see me die. I'm like "PLEASE"! Little bit of training and I'd be ready to go.
