Do this workout on Monday, Wednesday, Friday of week 4.
Do the workout challenge on same day which consists of a 60 minute walk with 6 intervals at minute 10,20,30,40,50,60 consisting of 10 RHS and 10 LHS ConikiXXX approved GUTTER SIDE JUMPS.

STAGE 1 of 2 - Do exercises 1-6 for 2 rounds without rest, then immediately move onto STAGE 2
1. D/B Chest Press x 15 FULL Reps
2. D/B Flyes x 9 full 9 high 9 low 9 full
3. Olympic Plate Press x 15 - 20 Reps
4. Negative Wide Push Ups @ 5-0-* x 8
5. Boxer Skip x 45 Seconds
6. Knee Raises x 8 - 15 Reps
STAGE 2 - Do exercises 1-6 for 2 rounds without rest and then you're done !
1. Wide TRX Body Rows x 15 Reps
2. TRX Reverse Flyes x 15 Reps
3. Olympic Plate Rows x 15 - 20 Reps
4. Negative Wide Chin Ups @ 5-0-* x 8
5. Boxer Skip x 45 Seconds
6. Knee Raises x 8 - 15 Reps Do RHS then LHS then Both
