Yes I realise now this is the team competition isnt it? I would love to see her beam in the AA, I'll have to have a look on youtube to see if I can find it? Whereabouts did you see it? Thanks :)

i've seen her aa beam and this isn't it. so that means it is her optionals routine. they probably wanted to secure the win for the soviets. as if there was ever any question. ef beam was the only time she performed that routine to it's fullest (in moscow, that is); in aa she missed her one handed handstand and here she didn't do the planche. bottom line is, i think it was intentional.

Thanks for posting. Morogawa, is this the 1980 Moscow Olympics? I love Shaposhnikova. She was exceptional on beam and floor, and her compulsory vault in the 1980 Olympics really was perfect.
