Getting hurt is a understatement, Bill tore his acl twice within a span of 5 years. That's tough to recover from, plus even when he was healthy he was never really that good his athleticism was what really let him stand out. He's making his way back now but I think you're mistaking being a great dunker = great player.

He's on the celtics a team that didn't really need much help(of course until now) so it is hard for him to play on the celtics and get good minutes between eddie house, glen davis, mikki moore and stephon marbury.

if you watch the Celtics close you'll see that they aren't feeding him in the offense yet, there'll be a big improvement between his Rookie and Sophmore years.

What the hell happened to this guy? I know he got hurt but I feel his attitude is the main thing holding him back now. NBA scouts used to come watch him and OJ back in high school when he was pegged as the best in game dunker since VC. Now he'll have an NBA career where he never gets higher in the rotation than the 8th man
