So does holding the gun as close to the barrel as you can reduce the recoil?

@SMGLee what type of sprinklers do use? I like rainbirds, but I find they are not innovating the way I would like so I often end up just using cheap generics that I can swap out easily if something doesn't work quite right.

what holster system are you running?

@giest41334--- hey bro, alot of ppl misunderstand a legdrop, its not made to go down above ur knee, its made to drop the holster down just far enough to clear ur vest/chestrig/PC

@nemisissy think about it, is it easier to control a pen by holding it close to the business end or closer to the non business end, better yet try it it works.
Do you hold your garden hose closer to the nozzle or further back along the hose? the answer is closer to the nozzle to control the water direction. this also apply to weapon handling. having closer to the muzzle will help with your recoil control and it will also help with driving the gun from target to target.

Transition will always be faster and effective up to handgun distance,I don't disagree with you there. But this drill is about working the gun, performing flawless weapon manipulation. this isn't a what you should do in a gun fight drill. Manipulation dill helps you commit these function to your subconscious so when time come to require you do either a transition or speed reload, you will be ready to do it without any mistakes that could cause your life
