part 1 Set up

In this video i show you the effects of increasing the flash power and how that affects the image but also how it is different on different cameras.
the two cameras used are the nikon d300 and the fuji s5 pro which have different dynamic ranges in their sensors. this will help show you.

Part 2
This part of the video i show you the photos side by side taken from the nikon d300 and the fuji s5pro dslr cameras and show you with the use of adobe lightroom the editing ability you have with the raw files of both the cameras. and how you can save images that are blown out with the fuji s5 pro and not the nikon d300

  • @Dombowerphoto Thats when torrents come in handy

  • much appriciated videos!

  • @Dombowerphoto ou yes sorry, i misses one 0 I'd actually like to buy a full frame but then I wouldn't have anough money for good lenses

  • @Spaeckli in your previous you said D700, the D700 and D7000 are very different cameras, the sensor in the D7000 is better than the D300s but the body is not as good. I say wait till spring to see if there is a new d400 coming

  • @Dombowerphoto I'll shoot pretty much everything from birthdays to landscape and macro,

    I could give you the prices here in Switzerland for the bodies

    d7000= 1200 swiss franks (795.984 GBP) the d300s 1422 swiss franks (943.264 GBP)

    and the fuji s5 i found on ebay refurbished for around 545.679 GBP plus shipping

  • @Spaeckli ok fristly price wise you are varying from 400 to 1700, what you need a new body for, and ill be able to help more

  • I want to buy a new body, so would you recommend the d300s, the d700 or the fuji s5??

    or should i even waait for the new models from nikon this spring?
