Tether incident unexpected electric overload. UFO during Live NASA transmission.

Ice debris or UFOs:

Both arguments are correct. There is both ice debris and UFOs, but they get mixed up in this clip. That is because all of them looks the same in this camera. You can see the other video (in video response) where they do a formation to say HI.

Here is some hints how to distinguish them.

Not affected as much in size (out of focus) as the debris when zooming, since they are further away.

They got sharper edge and are more dense (although less transparent many times).

Can appear from nowhere even though no zooming.

Faraway objects, they cover a large distance in a short time even when zoomed out and some almost leave a trail behind (indication of high speed), while the close debris passes camera view only by floating and no trail.

You'll see an observers already at 1:51 in center and to the right.

If the objects are really traveling along with the orbiter at 17,000 MPH " a few feet in front of the camera" what mechanism keeps them GLUED to the orbiter direction and velocity but FREE TO TRAVEL LATERALLY IN EVERY DIRECTION? This is proof they are a great distance for the orbiter.

ARW is a complete fraud. The objects are all far afield. Watch the zoom in at 2:50. Tiny ice crystals a few feet from the camera would exist in a space maybe the size of a dinner plate while in zoom segment. The LATERAL movement of the objects in many directions cannot be explained and HASN'T BEEN.

This camera optical illusion would be a great study for elementary, junior high and high school kids in physics, science and/or photography classes. I'm going to pursue this. If anyone happens to know any sources of contact for physics, science or photography teachers or schools I would appreciate the information.

It's not a theory it's fact. There is nothing seen passing behind the tether. I have several videos which prove this. There is a black exposure line on the right side of the tether which these objects do affect. This would not happen if they were behind the tether.

You can absolutely clearly see many of the objects passing under the tether. How can it be illusion caused by "overbright protect"? It just doesn't work like that. I am sorry but your theory doesn't explain all of the objects.

The tether is overexposed explaining it's thickness. The disc looking objects are actually ice debris particles caused by a routine water dump made just prior. Think of them as sleet or hail stone size. Since the disc objects are only out-of-focus objects when they pass in front of the tether they resort to what's called "overbright protect" dimming and only appear to move behind the tether throwing many observer "off" and believing they go behind making them miles wide which they are not.

And lastly, could I get an estimate as to about how large these particles are, and what you might think they are?

I take your information into consideration. I'm noticing how the placement of the notches on the 'objects' seem to change as they move toward a different area of the camera. I'm still however, not sure why some of the objects appear to be moving behind the tether. Could you perhaps offer another example where a camera phenomenon like this could be present?

I apologize for my negative remarks, I do get very frustrated. I hate disinfo and misinfo, it moves us away from disclosure. It's very important to understand that any objects way out of focus take on the characteristics of this camera's parabolic dish mirror lens. There are absolutely no far objects other than the tether in this camera's view. Absolute proof of the disc looking objects being within 30 feet of the camera is found here: /watch?v=hX0nbnUlKfM Please continue asking questions.

Could You please explain how some of these objects, clearly passing under the tether, are also circular, exactly the same as the alleged ice particles near by? How can this be caused by focus differences? And calling people, who don't agree or question your theory, stupid, is obvious trolling or disinfo.
