Hi there ! ,, I gotta say that this manifestation technique is one of the best I have ever come across as it gave me a boost of positive energy and it seemed like it over took most of my negative thoughts... thank you so much ... but I do have a question ... can you please explain the connection between smiling and the crown chakra because I heard this info for the first time .. @ghasitaram Thank you for the feedback! =O) I know from personal experience and experimentation that that is true of the Crown chakra. Look up the Taoist "Inner Smile" for more info. It really is very true and opens wonderful portals of energy.

@ghasitaram : Indeed,it is very powerful,but you do not need to hold hands like that..without holding hands,you can alternatively imagine it in your "mind",and feel something makes you happy.This is to release more chemicals in the brain to facilitate your desires.. So a higher frequency will be formed out.But the advanced step to this is, do the same with external retention.So a process. do it around 4/5 times at once.

Why yes, I will "like" this video.

You explained it just fine :) It helps when one has a base understanding of what you're refering to. (Heart space, zero etc etc are not foreign concepts.)
