This is not kangal. Head is very small. Tail hairs are too long.

You cut them ears, and give them to eat.
In Turkey, after this that dogs always bite in the ears from other dogs.

ears are a weak point during a fight.
if a wolf/bear or any preditor bites him in the ear its easy for him to bite the whole ear off... and thats a injury so thats why they cut the ears off
