Good video, but I have to put my 2 cents in.Try trussing and cutting x-cross hatch patterns, with olive oil and a rub of choice on it, and make slits in the roast and insert slivers of garlic in them.Next remove the center grate.I have a small 8x10 in.cast iron smoker box I use. Place directly under the roast and let the drippings fall into it.I use mesquite here.300 degrees for 6 hrs. with the indirect method. The smell will drive the neighbors crazy, guaranteed!

That looks delicious! I've tried a pork shoulder cooked in a CookShack elecrtric smoker oven using apple wood chunks. Soaking the pork in apple juice and onions for at least 24 hours before smoking adds complexity to the final flavors. Then I mix the pulled pork with my BBQ Sauce for Amateurs and voila! the best pulled pork sandwich in Silicon Valley. Hope you'll take a look. Thanks for a great video!
