Well... for one, I'm not planning on producing this anytime soon... as it was a joke.

Secondly, you can't copyright George Washington because he is a real person, and I don't think zombies are your exclusive intellectual property either. I mean, unless I make money on this and directly used your exact plot device, I don't see this being a problem.

And thirdly, as far as your dvd goes... it sure didn't generate a lot of action on the internet, as I couldn't find any information about it.
