North Korea Conducts an Underground Nuclear Test

The United Nations Security Council will hold an emergency session later Monday to discuss a response to North Korea's nuclear test. There already has been strong international condemnation of Pyongyang's underground test of a nuclear bomb -- with South Korea, Japan, the United States and other nations calling the action a "serious threat to peace and stability." VOA's Chris Simkins has more in this report.

And how dear people here to say that the Muslims are the terrorist, if even the west have failed to define the word terrorism. Like Alex Obota Odara said in his book ''defining terrorism'' the west have failed to define this word. Than the question is, why the west have failed to define this word?
