On May 2011, Channel 5 broadcast "MTV ultimate Parkour challenge" and this resulted in a sudden big influx of people interested in Parkour, and had no clue on where to start or how to begin. Thus some of us started a newcomers' workshop campaign every Friday of June, each taking place in a different location. This one is at Redhill.
Many thanks to Guangjun, Zhi Yang, Glen GPJ, CP, Zahid, Richie, Anthony, JY, Wenkai, Fagan and Zack for guiding and helping the newcomers. (sorry if I somehow missed out any names)
Special thanks to Stanley (Traceurstan 91) for helping out, filming and editing. Check out this link for more of his works.

Thanks to all who contributed to Parkour Singapore.
Le Parkour isn't something that can be taught through a couple of workshops. Once you know the basics, head out and explore. I can show you how to move, but you have to seek out your own path.
