  • Definitely some good ideas, I've lost 12 pounds on my own and now I'm looking to incorporate cardio but I don't think running would be too good for my joints and such at this weight. Now I bike 2-3 miles, 2-4 times a week but I'll definitely try this now!

  • i am interested in buying a bike, would a 6kg flywheel have enough tension on it to hit my thighs hard? it has 8 levels

  • Dont do this shit more than 10 min others wise your knees get seriously injured.....instead use real bike...!

  • were did you get that bike

  • its not boke riding as such... its the seat..

you need to have a seat thats that doesnt place preasure on your package

  • Bloody flat tyres!!!

They are the bane of my existence! lol

  • I'd say using a stationary bike's better in the long run since you can keep exercising on a stationary bike and not stop like you would have to with a regular bike.

  • i usually add some hills and weights.. to my routine.. like you put the resistants up as if your climbing a hill.. mix is it.. with sprints and always increasing or decreasing the resistants as you go.. to also work the upper body you can use so weights 3kgs and under is ideal.. otherwise your not working hard enough.. and drink plenty of water.

  • Fuck this use a real bike lol
