I am really greatful for those Videos with Mer. Wendell. I put some links of them on my webpage for my students in voice teaching. By watching those videos about centering and kiflow i detected the silent way to warm up your voice. Thank You, Mr.Wendell!
Well, I like Mr Wedell's easy, eyes, light way of instructing his aikidokas. I reckon I may be able to profit from it myself by remembering his points about the importance of being centred and how to keep one's centre joined with another centre and thus to build/form a single system at the same time determining its main centre. Thanks for posting it.
