Persians of Afghanistan (Khorasan)

Persians who are called Tajiks in Afghanistan, they make up about one third of the population in Afghanistan. Hazara, another ethnic group who makes up about a quarter of the population in Afghanistan, have adopted Farsi language and culture. Together they make up about 60% of the population of the country and if we include the Uzbeks who make up another 10% of the population and they are more comfortable with Farsi language than their native uzbeki, the population of Farsiwans shoots up to 70% of the population in the country. All of these people believe that the name Afghanistan is a misnormer and was fabricated by the British at the end of 18th century to replace the original and real name of the region, KHORASAN. Most of Tajiks, Hazaras and Uzbeks in Afghanistan do not give any significance to the words such as Afghan or Afghanistan, they want to be identified by their ethnic names as Tajik or Farsiwan, Hazara, Uzbek, etc. and their counry as Khorasan not Afghanistan. Afghan is synonymous to Pashtons who are also known as Pathan, Pakhton, Awghan and Awghoo. These people are originally from the NWFP province of Pakistan and today they make up about a third of the population in Afghanistan. All terrorist Taliban and suicide bombers are ethnic Pashtons in afghanistan and Pakistan while al qahida members are arabs, panjabis, filipinos, chechens, uzbekistanis, etc.

There is no such thing as Tajik you are either Farsiwan or Pashtun or Uzbek or Hazara in Afghanistan.

@HeratMaqbul Herat is a city mixed with Tajik and Pashtuns. Not all Heratis can be Persian. You see the problem with our country is we keep the "separate ethnic group" crap and we can just unite and stand strong.
