They fixed the back end of my truck and the electrical system fried while THEY HAD IT. They refused to fix the problem and said it was not their problem. They would have it paid to take it to a garage of my choice??? It was all working when I gave it to them, how are they not responsible????? PROGRESSIVE IS a RIP OFF!!

I have been in the collision repair industry for over 20 years. Progressive is the least likely company to repair your vehicle properly. That is FACT. Their main focus is cost cutting on fixing YOUR vehicle.......PERIOD

Progressive thinks people are STUPID because they are utilizing some dumb caricature to sell worthless insurance policies. There is nothing funny about death and an insurance company such as Progressive that REFUSES to honor their policy. Progressive is nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme in which the Corporate Executives get rich and leave injured policy holders bogus insurance policies which are not worth the paper they are written on. state farm is cutting shops out of there program right now too ,so they say on quality and performance,im telling you that there just keeping the shops that suck there balls the most and do things the cheepest. send me a msg if you are a lawyer needed help in fighting theese bullies,i will do all i can to help in any way.

liberty mutural???????did you know when a preferred shop writes a est for the ins company they are told to write it at bare minimum if they want to keep there account,with no blending the color or taking items off the vehicle like doorhandle s ,molding,pinstripes ect. just incase the customer cashes out,but iif the customer brings the vihicle back to the shop then they can add all the stuff back that they had to leave off

what they didnt tell you is the faster you repair the vehicle the more money the ins company saves on rental and you make a brownie point with them so they send more work.the cheeper the shop manager does work for them gets brownie points too.now the tecs arent making what they used too so they have to rush to still be able to make a paycheck

Someone "insured" with "Progressive" pulled out in front of me at an intersection, the driver was cited, they stalled, denied my claim, never even looked at my car, and now are fighting me in a lengthy court battle. This company should just go rot in hell, because that's where they belong.
