Weather Channel Coverage of May 3, 1999 tornado outbreak

TWC field producer Simon Temperton recollects seeing the F4/F5 tornado and it being very quiet with no wind, only a little bit of hail, however, a quarter of a mile ahead of him is the tornado churning up everything in it's path. Former TWC storm analyst Dr. John Scala is reporting the tornado warnings that are in effect for the Oklahoma City area and even saying to the audience that people shouldn't even be listening to him at that time. Simon Temperton reflects on that day, the damage and the houses being completely flattened and how he will never forget that day.
