# 9 associating themselves with the negative people is so typical of non achievers. Wow but #10 is so typical - insisting they are right NO MATTER WHAT! I JUST experienced this 2 days ago with someone close to me. For one, they kept talking over me, & when I mentioned to them that they deserve to be more happy, they replied back to me (in a strong & no sincere tone) "I am happy I don't know what you are talking about." It's really sad, but I can only offer so much before I drain my energy.
We have all gone through a time of being guilty of being a non-achiever, it was even "cool" at times, depending on the company we hung out with.
Those days are gone for me anyway, and I do appreciate your reminder of what that looks like. You've scared me sufficiently, I won't be going back there.
I hope people know how easy it is to develop a mindset of achievement with the "right" mentors, like you Matt.
Hey Matt, thanks for this video. Non achievers have good intentions. How much more they could achieve if they would not just talk the talk, but actually get up and take action. Things are scary at first, but only until we take the FIRST step.
