Dobermann - my life with the killers

Update: 'La Bissia' has just crossed the rainbow bridge on 5/12/2009: cardiac insufficiency, acute pulmonar edema. Now, she's an invisible presence always following my steps, together with all the dogs of my life.

This video is in memory of the dobermanns i had in my life. Four generations of dogs, through 30 years of my life.

La Bissia is so beautiful, she looks so much like my Kali, I'm very sorry she's gone, I can't imagine my life with out my Kali, so sad what you must be going through!!

No, they are all gone a lot of time ago.

Now only Silver is with me (bruttomucco).

I don't know what will happen tomorrow, all my dogs are rescued dogs; the next neglected dobermann girl that will knock on my door probably will be my next dobermann.

this is a great post. thank you. this video gave me goosebumps, i have a doberman now, named Windago, and before this great dog, we had one named Cochise. Cochise passed away, and Windago wondered into our yard as a stray. I love these dogs more than most of my family. Thank you again for this wonderful post.

@evilmcbk Please leave the breeding to the pros. This breed is so saddled with health issues that i would only get a dog from a breeder who does extensive health testing, especially for DCM which is a big problem with dobermans. They can be fine one minute and drop dead the next.

Hi, great vid. Im from the uk, so we dont have BSL, my advice, move to a state that aint stupid enough to think a protection (not killer) dog is actually able to be loving and non aggressive. Plus if im honest most dobes i meet these days are far from protective, they are quickly joining the ranks of other commen family dogs. crab bit a vid (brilliant), mine found an injured bird the other day in the woods, he got down, whined, and licked it, he appeared very concerned. amazing breed.

beatif job my friend i love dobermanns too my dog died but I can feel him with me...his name was Brave wherever he are i know I'll see him once again!!!
