When Jane Parker is wed to George Boleyn, the eldest son and heir to the rising Boleyn family, she enters a worldwind of intrigue, politics and betrayal with her illustrious sister-in-law, the ravishing Anne Boleyn, at the very center of the stage. Though not much is known about Jane Parker Boleyn, later known as Lady Rochford, she served consistently at Henry's court as a lady-in-waiting to Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves and Katharine Howard. She is most remembered, however, for her infamous role in bearing witness against her husband and sister-in-law by claiming that the two charming Boleyn's engaged in an incestuous love affair to thwart a bastard on the throne of England. It was never effectively explained as to what would possess her to say something so horrible. Some historians lean toward the idea that life was dangerous back then and when the king turned tyrant, it was every man and woman for themselves. Perhaps her throwing of her husband to the wolves was a desperate act to save her own head by damning his. Yet given the lurid nature of the rumors she brought to life, many people can hear the ring of a jealous wife in her words- passionately in love but bitterly scorned, Jane Boleyn's twisted path of revenge against a family who neither liked nor respected her would put her down in history as one of the most infamous, poisonous wives of all time.
This video, edited by me, attempts to narrate events through the eyes of Jane Boleyn, who turned a loving sibling relationship into something vile out of spite, anger, and a jealousy so deep it even begins to threaten her sanity. Though her accusations do succeed in bringing the Boleyn family crumbling to the dust and its two bright heirs to the scaffold, it will not be long until, with the rise of a new feckless Howard queen, she begins to tread the steps to their same fate.

William Brereton, who in this series is portrayed as one of Henry VIII's ushers and a paid assassin for the Spanish, fantasizes about stabbing Anne in the heart as she walks through the court. As she lays bleeding on the floor, Brereton looks around and is surprised that no one has seized him for murder. Then Anne rises to her feet and continues walking and the audience sees that it was all just a dream.
