You really should let him go where you caught him -- he's a wild animal. If you want one for a pet you should get one bred and raised in captivity. Then the herp experts could tell you what to feed it, etc. Thanks for watching!

Thats really cool. I caught one just south of Phoenix and it puffed up its body.

Thanks. That must have been cool to watch! They do have some interesting moves. My more recent vids of the desert iguana are not as washed out as this one.

thanks -- this is an old one. I have more recent ones that are better and not so washed out. If you come to the desert and don't mind the heat, you should find plenty of them. Unlike most herps, they're out and about during the hottest part of the day. My porohui video was filmed in triple digit temperatures! It was worth it though. I love these guys!
