CA's problem can be thought of in the sense of the recent coal spills in TN and AL. Air, water, etc. are referred to as the "Commons" and should be Constitutionally protected and guaranteed? What branch of Law Enforcement assures our Constitutional Rights? Why can't Right to Life be enforced to preclude filabustering with people's jobs, health, and income?

The RePukes are supposed to be the "honorable opposition": a group/individual that you can lose to without fear because while you disagree on PARTICULARS you do agree on PRINCIPLES. Meaning there is no fear that they will cheat to win, pillage the country, suppress the populace, rape the planet, and assault other nations for fun.
Of course, you have to HAVE honor to be "honorable"... Which explains why the Reich Wingnuts do all of those things and more.
