Does someone knows about a hidden filter at the fuel pump or in the throttle body (If that is what it is called?)

i see people talking trash about the 700 twin all the time. but if it was a bad engine it wouldnt have lasted in production for so many years. it started as the wildcat 650, them got punched out to 700. it stayed in he wildcats for some time but as soon as it was dropped in a ZR chassis all hell broke loose. then remained in the ZR from '94 to '00. with minor changes. the motor is on the heavy side but still fast as hell. i've only had my '00 700 up to 95mph and still accelerating hard.
dont be scared of it, its a 700 2 stroke..give it hell thats what its made for!!
