In this quick and easy summer 2011 hair tutorial I show you how to do two very elegant and sophisticated hairstyles based on a diagonal french twist. The first look with side swept curls allows you to expose the length of your hair, while the second one keeps all your hair up and is suitable for all formal occasions.

These beautiful feminine looks are very quick and easy to recreate and they work great on medium to thick long hair. On medium lenth hair you can use this french twist technique to form a cute side-swept hairstyle, you only need to curl the very ends of your hair and they will naturally shape into a pretty side bun.

You can wear these elegant hairstyles for most formal and informal occasions - for prom, homecoming, for a night out, graduation party, ball, stylish reception, wedding guests and all kind of special occasions and evening events.
